We have banked here for many years and found it very convenient when shopping at Walmart. At the beginning, it was always the same employees for a very long time which you come to know. Then the turnover started, and there seems to be new people every time I stop. They are very nice, but it does send a red flag when there's new people every time. Long ago it was very comforting that the employees knew us. Today I tried to call our local branch for one little question and I can no longer call my local branch which I was able to do before. That is upsetting. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes only to have a foreign speaking person come on from the Caribbean! I specifically asked where they were located and they told me they were in the Caribbean. I'm NOT talking to someone about my personal bank account who is in the Caribbean because it is not necessary. For years I was able to call my local branch with any little problem and now I can't. Again this is a red flag. It drops the customer service very badly for me. Sad.

Wish I could give this bank no stars!! Managers withhold information and have the poorest customer service! They will literally talk about customers to other customers in front of the customer they are talking about! You will also get overdraft fees for not even overdrafting your account! They also promise if you have direct deposit that you will receive your money a day in advance. What they fail to mention is if there's a holiday that week it won't be there a day early! Also when your ATM is out of money (which happens quite often, sometimes it's out of order for DAYS) you still charge people fees for being forced to go elsewhere to another ATM! I could go to sheetz and not get charged but they will charge you $2.50 because it's not their ATM! It's a joke and scam what they are doing to their customers! The last 5 years this bank has went downhill FAST

Great banking experience each and every time. Quick service and they greet you well. Have been with this bank over ten years. Have no intentions of changing. One stop when I shop and bank at Walmart doesn't get any better for saving time.
