I’m very and always happy with my experience with The Butler French Creek Dental Group. My Teeth were horrible and they got my Self Esteem and my Smile 😁 back. They could have lied and made money off me but they were honest with my particular situation with my top Dentures and my bottom teeth. They also take good care of younger ones they leave with a smile, everyone I seen was happy with their teeth and visit. ❤️💕😁😁😁😁😍

I would highly recommend this practice. I dealt with a total of 7 people this morning. From beginning to end everyone of them were amazing. I had neglected my oral care for many years, no judgment or making me feel any kind of way. I was encouraged and left there feeling like i had a fresh start. Very quick with arrival and being seen. And they were able to accomplish so much with just my first visit. If I could say going to the dentist was a wonderful experience, going to French Creek in Butler definitely was today!

All this was last year. I traveled that far to be insulted. I didn't like the dentures the dentist made for me because he gave the complete opposite of what I asked and since I wasn't paying out of pocket he made me feel like I had to take them, I know the dentures were cheaply made because within 3 months 2 pieces of my teeth broke off from eating soft Cheetos puffs smh, from my assumption they don't have too many black patients and I felt out of place even tho the receptionist and nurses were nice it's the practicing dentist I didn't like. I'm currently going through the grievance process as I'm typing this.
