I was very disappointed with the service, although the original rep was very polite. Estimate I received was simply a price, no breakdown of cost per sq ft/yard by email. I had to ask about warranty, then ask again about cost be square foot and then again about amount allowed for pattern match. When I wrote that I was disappointed because the estimate seemed high and I went to a competitor and was quoted significantly less for the exact same carpet, I was told well it was nice meeting you. A week later I received a mailer about their price Match or Beat guarantee. It was never mentioned to me. I would get a second estimate on anything they quote, I saved over $2000 with another family owned store in the area.

My experience was very positive from beginning to end. Bulter Carpet has a great variety of colors which was important to me. Robin was very helpful and delightful to work with. The installation folks were thorough and efficient. I am so thrilled with my carpet. It makes me smile when I look at it and when I walk on it in my bare feet.

My experience at this store was welcoming and lots of knowledge on helping me choose a living room rug. The assistant came to my home to do the correct measurements. We are thrilled with the look and the quality that impressed us. I would highly recommend this Carpet Store, you will be very happy.
