        We got a letter from the agency two years ago that our policy was reassigned to them. Our insurance immediately went up $500. This year we didn't receive any renewal paperwork at all. We just found out from our bank that our policy went up by another $570. SHADY!!!

        Seen all the terrible reviews about Justin and figured it was just disgruntled customers until today I noticed a $500 bill for fees I was never informed Id have to be paying all at once. If you can use literally any other insurance company, do it. Immediately canceling all my policys and recommending everyone I know to look elsewhere . Id give zero stars but unfortunately 1 is as low as I can go.
