Gary is more cerebral than most mechanicsand most people for that matter. And a purely a straight shooter.. no b.s. I truely value his opinion and love to pick his brain about all sorts of issues automotive and otherwise.

Cant recommend rpm automotive enough. Gary was very responsive when scheduling a mobile visit, Gary was able to diagnose an electrical issue that several other companies could not in about 45 min to my surprise (also fixing) .professional, polite, honest, and clearly very good at what he does. It can be difficult finding someone for automotive work trust me, if your searching for someone I can strongly recommend rpm auto.

This is an honest, careful, friendly, and exceptionally skilled repair shop. If having the car break down halfway is considered my bad luck, encountering them was indeed a very fortunate outcome. While bringing my child back from Pennsylvania to Ohio, suddenly the warning light came on. For safety reasons, my husband didn't allow me to continue driving. On a Sunday afternoon, almost all repair shops were closed, and the ones that were open couldn't do anything for my car. Only Gary answered our call and made the extra effort to immediately check my car. With his meticulous inspection, he found the cause and patiently explained it to us (yes, he also explained it to my husband over the phone). He provided a solution, and in the absence of necessary parts, he used parts from his own car to fix mine. All of this was just to ensure that I could safely return to Ohio as quickly as possible. If he hadn't done this, I might have had to spend the night in a hotel. But he got me back on the road in just 2 hours. The next day, Gary provided a complete and detailed report, allowing us to follow up with the Ohio dealership. I've never received such comprehensive and sincere service before. I truly wish there was a repair shop like Gary's near my home. Furthermore, his charges are significantly lower than his efforts, and they are below the standard market rates. He turned what could have been a difficult situation of a car breakdown in an unfamiliar place into an unforgettable memory. A huge hung thank you to him.
