Dont work for this company I promise Im saving you the heartache and the headache or wherever it hurts the very most. So I get hired here as a municipal technician and as a municipal tech you are required to travel out of town all the time for work. By out of town I mean Texas, Wyoming or Colorado. Which I was cool with. Now I have animals that need taken care of and my parents were the ones who volunteered to do so. But there was a problem and that was they were supposed to go out of town too for an entire week and I was supposed to be gone for three full weeks. Meanwhile while I was in orientation I had gotten frustrated with the process because I wasnt ready to start right away under the short notice of that inconvenience. Also not having the background in the field was quite intimidating and I didnt know exactly what was getting myself into. Now while asking questions this company lacked the resources that were needed to allow the new hires to understand how to coordinate and execute and explain the job further. I kept hearing the same sentence on how they dont know what it is that Ill be doing. Another question was that I didnt know who it was I was supposed to meet once I landed in my B destination or if I got a truck and went to another location. Very unprofessional if you ask me
