I have to admit, I was ambivalent about having maintenance done on my 2016 Cascadia here. Large dealers (including passenger vehicles) make me a little bit uncomfortable. But when my truck wouldn't go into gear, I had it towed here from where I park it in Pittsburgh. It ended up needing a new clutch. First, they were exceptionally fast in diagnosing it. As this is my only truck, I was anxious to get it back and get working again. Then, I had a conversation with the night shift service manager, Joe. He was honest and transparent, and I knew after talking with him that I had made the right choice taking it there. The final cost was less than what the worst case scenario could have been, which, as a small independent carrier, made a tremendous difference. I really can't thank them enough. Thanks again to Joe and his team.
