My husband and I rented a storage unit from them. Owner changed management companies. Through the new company we found out that 360 cleaned out our storage unit and was still charging us for it. We lost heirlooms, collecables, etc. They got us because we moved out of state.

ATTENTION to anyone who is renting any unit from i360 Management in Chambersburg Pa. that was once owned by Cambria / Somerset roofing and remodeling/ aka Jeff Curtis. You're rental unit is not owned by i360 as your lease states as I have proof from my local courthouse , your properties are owned by a company in Franklin county by the name of Big Dog investment. I just feel that it's your right to know where you're money is going,since Ken at i360 feels that it doesn't have to be disclose to those who rent from them. Let me just shine some light on the subject for all of you. You're leases are invalid as far as I know, so beware!!!!!!!

Terrible landlords!!! Danger Danger!!! Bought our property from previous landlord and failed to tell garbage company until yesterday-- the day of our collection day! Did not notify it's renters!!!!! We were all told about our property being sold via a packet of papers DUCT TAPED to my door when the mailbox was available. So also shout out to the previous landlord, Cambria Roofing located in Conemaugh, for not letting your renters know anything. Quite shameful on both companies! UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO MY POST: I never said that the trash issue was resolved! Allow me to explain... both previous landlord as well as current landlord failed to notify the garbage company that there was a change of ownership. That's the part that is sad. I have had this new landlord since e February! It's now March and they both just notified the trash company? Wow. Just wow... and not in a good way
