        I booked on-line a 1 day car rental with Hertz because of the convenience and discounts. The customer service was excellent. The vehicle was in great condition and clean. I will book with Hertz again and tell my family and friends.

        It seems to be a thing that nobody answers the phone after you dropp the car off. They kept charging you after you dropp the car and wont be able to get a hold of anyone. I would like to know why they keep charging me and to answere the phone please!
