        Trying to reach owner, shop is closed, tried all numbers. One number goes straight to voicemail. Have tried email. Paid for inspection and transfer of plate and registration last November only to find out in August that my car is not registered and my plate doesnt belong to any car. Penndot has no info for my vehicle. Owner was supposed to get a duplicate title expedited from car dealer that I purchased car from to rectify this and call me, but Ive heard nothing. Now my car needs inspection and is not even registered. Im at my wits end. Kecia please contact me.
