        I spoke with the secretary about an issue and she called me back the next day. I never spoke with an actual attorney. The issue I inquired about, the secretary didn't seem to understand. She proceeded to tell me their office couldn't help me and didn't deal with issues such as mine. Their office was referred to me because of specific needs.
