Clarion Dental Care: Dr. Jeremy M. Jewell, DMD

I took my mother here from the local nursing home. When I scheduled the appt and also day of appt they said they took her insurance. We in turn get a bill sent to us showing that they no longer took the insurance. Now my mother who is on a very strict income has to pay over $300 for a new patient dental exam. When asked if we could pay what the insurance would pay since they didn't catch they were no longer taking that insurance I was told no. Be careful with this dentist. They did good work with her but billing seems shady.

We had a great experience at Clarion Dental Care. Dr. Jeremy quickly fixed my son's damaged tooth from a bike accident. The facility is clean with modern technology, and the staff were friendly. Thank you for restoring my son's smile!

Scheduling appointments with them has been a nightmare. The first time I called it was a fight to get on the schedule. The person we spoke to was rude and clearly pulled in too many directions. After scheduling our appointment, taking off work, pulling kids out of school, we got a call only hours before to be told them had to reschedule for THREE months later. That was after waiting 3 months for the 1st appointment. The person who called to cancel wasn't very kind about it, either. I understand some things can't be helped, but attitude and good customer service are things you CAN control.
