        We absolutely love our home! We decided to move to Pennsylvania in 2020 and loved the Milford area after visiting for it for about 15 years. We sold our home in New York within a week and were very happy to find a beautiful newly built home in the area we wanted. The owner of the property gave us the opportunity to make a few changes in the flooring we wanted and the options available for lighting in the bathrooms. We were able to close quickly and moved in the summer of 2020. The materials used were quality and the builder extremely helpful. We have been in the home for 3 years now and absolutely love it. I definitely recommend Country Creek Estates if you want a quality built home at an affordable price.
