Had problems with my laptop not functioning properly and not able to use it. Called Compusolve on Saturday and received a call late afternoon and began a remote evaluation which finalized on Sunday. Bill was fantastic, and now the laptop is running like new! Great company with great customer service! Thanks, Bill for all of your help and insigjhts!

CompuSolve is a gem. I first used them to repair my home computer and was so impressed with their work that I asked if they also had expertise working on servers for businesses. The do - and I hired them to oversee the system for the non-profit I run, Educating Communities for Parenting. For years, I had been using a company that worked with non-profits exclusively and supposedly provided service at discount prices. I found myself paying more and more money and having my system go down at least once a week. I needed a solution. That turned out to be CompuSolve. Ever since they have been managing our computer system things have up and running smoothly. If there is a problem or if we need additional work, CompuSolve is quick to respond with extraordinary service. I'm almost afraid to say how well things have been running (don't want to jinx it) but I have to! I love being able to recommend CompuSolve when colleagues and friends need computer work. They are that good - and no, I am not related to them.
