        Not worth the monthly fee per child. They make it very hard for you to get a hold of customer service or tech support and then they have taken up to a week to call us (You can't call them, you have to request a call on their website) on several occasions. The program is "glitchy " quite often and going on/off line and not updating children (And we have excellent wifi which is what they always blame it on).

        Tadpoles is great! What we would like to see change/update: An option to link Siblings other than by common last name. Not all Siblings have the same last name. Blended families are all over the world, including my own. I have found this lack of recognition for diversity to be kind of offensive to families, and inconvenient that I am forced to provide multiple pin numbers to. Otherwise, we love Tadpoles. It has made our center more efficient, reliable and consistent in communication.
