        I have to say this store is the best I was at the Crafton store 3/3/24 they were all so professional they helped me not only get my phone they helped me get a plan that worked much better for me and my family. I walked away very happy despite the time it took it was a great experience I will definitely be back Thank you

        I went to The T Mobile in Crafton shopping center And Asst Manager Matt was amazing he helped me save money and get an amazing phone and plan I wish there were more like him

        The first time I went there about a week person that helped me really didn't do anything, the second time I went the guy there was able to fix my problem

        The manager Ray was disrespectful and unhelpful. Repeatedly read my phone bill back to me like I was stupid when he was not listening to the issue at hand. The issue being that I was incorrectly quoted a phone bill and now am paying 80$ more a month than I should be. Ray took no time in forcing me to pay the ridiculous balance on my account, but took no time in actually resolving my issue. I no longer recommend t-mobile, and I recommend this store even less. I was a sprint customer for 11 years. Not after today
