CSC Federal Credit Union

I’ve been using this Credit Union since I was old enough to have a savings account. The tellers are really nice but this is the worst service I have ever had. Their online banking is never accurate and it looked like there was fraud on my account. I took the remaining money out because it was after business hours and I was afraid my account would be completely wiped out. During this time, something cleared that should have cleared a long time ago but again, thanks to their online banking being inaccurate I thought it had cleared already. The company said it was the bank’s fault for not clearing it. I tried to explain this to the new manager at the credit union and he claims it’s not their fault. He would not waive the overdraft fee that was the result of their online banking’s error. Even getting ahold of the manager was a hassle. He was supposed to call me back and never did so I had to call back myself and ask to speak with him directly. CSC needs to get their act together with their online banking! This is ridiculous. I use a bank for my employer’s checking accounts and we have never had an issue with their online banking. There is no reason for CSC’s to be so inaccurate all the time, even their ATM machine doesn’t always reflect my actual funds properly. I work two jobs and live paycheck to paycheck. This overdraft fee is going hurt me no matter how little a fee it is. I will eventually be closing my account and taking it to a bank even though I will have to pay extra because that is how unhappy I am with CSC. This is not how you treat a loyal customer of over 20 years, especially around the holidays! My family has all their accounts and loans through here and it is truly repulsive how inaccurate your online banking is and your treatment of loyal customers.
