        I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist was rude and began yelling that she did not know what I wanted from her. I had already explained what I needed and explained the request again, and she began speaking loudly at me that they don't have it and I asked if there is anything that could be substituted, and she started yelling again and I informed her that I would go somewhere else to get it and I was able to get the information with little difficulty at another Pharmacy. I have never been so disrespected.
