        Loud from the upstairs which is not their fault. No insulation. Place is nice. Issues always addressed. Jerry the painter makes the place like home. Always a smile and he knows his sports. I would give Jerry a big raise. New manager is a plus.

        I have lived here for 2 years as a college student and have had little to no problems! Maintenance was quick and super nice, and the office was just as quick to respond when contacting them! A great location in Doylestown walking distance to any grocery or convenience store! The only downside is the walls being very thin but as long as you weren't screaming it was pretty quiet!

        Great quiet and safe community. Maintenance issues are solved right away. Well maintained grounds and common areas. Great place to stay for a year or several years.
