I feel cheated in the way financing was done on my purchase. I was not disclosed correct interest rate (1.9%) for which I was eligible and charged more (2.9%). Worst part, your sales and finance team were not interested even in replying to this concern of mine as they knew they are wrong in their act. I would never think of my next purchase to your dealership nor would recommend to any of my known ones.

Update: I tried to reach GM Larry but have yet to hear back days later. So, to elaborate, when i asked to negotiate on the car, this location is the only one that shamelessly negotiates based on the payment plan you take. They never ran my credit, didn't talk to me about the term or my down payment, or come to an agreement on the price of the car, so they are negotiating based on made up numbers. When he wouldn't go any lower, marty threw our rental car in our face. I bought a newer car at another location, and my monthly payments are half what marty and colin were pushing on me that day. Before this, he condescendingly asked us "how it made any sense" that just because one fred beans (we were only at this location because of a wonderful salesman at the Cadillac location near by) was so accommodating to us that we'd get the same treatment there. And then went on a tangent about how its the market and him that sets the prices there, they have nothing to do with other locations. I just let him be condescending, but my line of thinking was you're all Fred Beans and can do crosslot trades, so you're not entirely independent, obviously. Original review: My one star is dedicated manager Marty. Loved the predatory behavior of asking me about my rental during price negotiations. Bc you "care", yeah cared to see if we were desperate enough to be taken advantage of by you.
