Their voicemail says they perform all kinds of services. Not true. I was convinced to enroll in one of their treatment plans under the condition that they would perform an extraction of one of my molars. They cleaned my teeth, and I went back for a follow up. But now that I'm trying to get them to make good on the extraction they have refused. I confirmed that they would drill and fill the tooth, they want to perform cosmetic operations that require far more effort, risk, and expense... but a simple extraction. Well I guess there's just not enough profit in it. Now I am waiting to find out if I can get any refund for the Dental Savings Plan I enrolled in. Talk about a double gut punch. Going back on their word and almost certainly keeping the majority of my money They have turned a would be lifelong customer into someone who will never recommend their services again.

When I go to this amazing dental office It feels like I am going to have a SPA day. It all starts at the front desk with Jocelyn and Cindy. They are very patient and accommodating finding appointments for me and my spouse. My dental hygienist is Lisa. She is so talented, skilled, and knowledgeable. The chair has a massage option! They offer a mask for your eyes if you want. And ear phones with music. Dr Beth Snyder is equally talented. I always feel confident that my spouse and I are receiving expert care. (We go 3 times a year for cleanings) and if youre lucky the sweet little dog will hop up on your lap and say hello. This is the office for you - if youre afraid of going to the dentist! Or if you simply want expert care.
