Ive been taking my dad here for his denture procedure. Its been a 9 month procedure. The first 6 months went flawlessly with 5/5 star service. At the beginning of 2024 the full staff changed and continues to change each visit. The customer service has substantially declined in the past few months. During my last visit the person at the counter aggressively argued with me regarding charges that she tried to force us to pay even though we paid our full procedure cost in full 9 months ago. I would say the company isnt bad, the Doylestown location has just become terrible.

Everyone there was wonderful and my mother had a good experience. She is 91 years old. The office worked very well with us to get her next appointment because my mother can be difficult to maneuver. Excellent excellent excellent

The new dentist is more then excellent he really cares also the new staff are very friendly and seems to care about the patients as much as the dentist. I had a cracked bottom plate the lab made it like it was brand new I'am very happy I really hope this dentist stays!
