Horrible, unless you want to waste your day waiting despite making an appointment, dont go near this place. Dr Liu seems like a great doctor, perhaps he had nothing to do with my urgent appointment being ignored till finally I just got up and left with ear infected from a prior surgery here

Gave one star the the review would post. Did what I thought was proactive and detailed research to find a Mohs Surgeon in my area. Found Willard and his credentials do not match the person that came into the room miserable to me and his staff and explaining what he was going to do without all the necessary info and with an "i don't really care", attitude. Gave me injections to numb the area that worked within minutes and then left me for over 90 minutes in a cold room. He is horrible and when I called from home, due to being incredibly sick, he made me feel like I was annoying him and never checked backed with me. Find someone else!

Saw Dr. Maya Ponte for full body check as well as a few spots of concern. She was excellent. Listened to my concerns. Explained clearly and understandably without being the least condescending. Great experience.

Very disappointed. Searched him out did my research trying to help my son with a skin issue he has the doctor was in the room for 5 minutes he left with nothing telling him to go to his family doctor what has happened to medicine are you in it to help someone or you even really a doctor
