Doylestown Health Gastroenterology

This practice usually does not answer the phone. I have left 4 messages for a colonoscopy appt and no one called me back. On the fifth try someone finally answered the phone. I scheduled the procedure and had a question. Again, 4 messages left and finally someone called me the week after my 4th message. They say leave a message and someone will call you in 24 hrs. When I told them about all the messages they said they were busy. I dont believe they were sooooo busy that it took them soooo long to respond. This is totally unacceptable. They were supposed to send a prescription for the prep and they didnt so now I have to go to the office to get it since my procedure is in 5 days and I cant trust them to call me back.

I saw Dr Kesavan and I was very disappointed. He seemed very uncaring and was not interested in what I had to say. He didn't seem interested in understanding my concerns. How can he effectively treat a patient if he is so uninterested in what the patient has to say? This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician.

Dr Bohning and his whole staff deserve the 5 stars . Everyone was friendly and answer any concerns I may have had. Very professional office. I would recommend Dr Bohning who generally listens to my many questions and he answers them one by one so I understand in layman terms Thanks for making my procedure go real smooth with no added stress .

Id give a negative 5 if I could. The most inept staff around. Do not go here, your appt will be changed again and again and they love to waste peoples time. Horrible.

I had so much trouble getting an appointment with Dr. Boening I had to write him a letter. A person from the office finally called and scheduled my appointment. To be fair I did forget my health ID card and a person at the front desk was very helpful. BUT now I need to schedule the endoscope. No call backs. You have to leave a voicemail as they dont answer the phone. This is unprofessional at best. Taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame as I really really like and appreciate Dr. Boening. I really trust him. Dr Boening, please find another place to practice, you are losing patients over this.
