Were dealing with an Estate. Unfortunately Ive learned my lesson and kept that word out of the vocabulary when asking for an estimate. When I am telling you, I have gotten 4 to 5 different estimates that were thousands of dollars different. I finally found Bucks County Glass, and I am thrilled from speaking to the staff in the office, especially Maggie, the ones who created the orders to the sales person himself Charles. This company is not only respectful, but they are very responsive and got the job done in less than 10 days. Three gentlemen were sent out to fix the store window and each one was nicer than the other. I would recommend Bucks County glass for their knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and all around, just being a great brick and mortar business. Paula Burns
