I left my wedding set in to get resized. My rings used to belong to my husbands grandmother so they are really old. Kathy took care of me and had my rings resized in just a few days. Im so happy with the outcome, you cant even tell that they were resized. She told me to come back in for a cleaning when Im in the area. Thanks Kathy.

I have been doing business with Douglas and Cathy for over fifteen years. They are both knowledgable and accommodating. Better to avoid the high overhead jewelry stores in the Mall and deal with a reputable neighborhood dealer, who provides a personalized touch. At Douglas, you get a five star experience at a fair price. Marble Mall promenades look great, but, this overhead inexorably finds its way into the cost of your precious keepsakes! No marble promenades or majestic fountains observed at the Barn Plaza Shopping Center in Doylestown.

Douglas Jewelers is the best jewelry store in central Bucks! Whether you come here for a new watch, like I just did, or a new watch battery (which I have many times), Doug and his staff always greet you with a smile and provide friendly service. I can't recommend them more!!

I can't say enough about the level of customer service that the folks at Douglas Jewelers provide. I've purchased other items here in the past, but it's my most recent purchase of a Rolex watch that prompted me to write this review. Awesome 1 on 1 service in a relaxed setting. Thank you.
