It took a couple of mowings to make sure they understood what the finished product. Now we should be good to go this season. One of the main reasons I went with them is they offered hand mowing for a small section that was recently seeded.

I have used them for one month now. I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times to complain about service. My lawn is patchy, uneven, with massive chunks of grass have been missed. Parts of the lawn are cut so short that there is dirt exposed and my lawn is brown. You can literally see where the lawn mower stopped and the string trimming began throughout the entire property. It is incredibly obvious. Today, they mowed a portion of my neighbors lawn without being asked to. They blew the clippings all over my front porch. The lawn is cut to different levels throughout the front and back. They did not finish maintaining my garden bed which I pay additional money for, and the clippings have been blown all throughout the bed as well. When I call, I am greeted by an answering service who I instruct to have someone EMAIL me since I am busy at work and cant answer. Without fail someone returns my call and leaves a message, but has never sent anyone back to correct the repeat mistakes. I requested a quote for mulching and never received it. I was promised a customer portal and an app and never received those either. I sent a very detailed list of issues, including missed appointments, and never received a follow up email. I wanted to give a local young company an opportunity to learn and grow, but they are just not holding up their end of the deal. Especially at the rates which they are charging. This is by far the worst lawn service I have ever used and I am perplexed by all of the high reviews. I have not received anything close to the level of service promised and I have given them multiple opportunities to fix it. Nothing changes, and now I have a pissed off neighbor with a lawn that is 20% cut on a Wednesday when they cut their lawn on weekends. Edit: added email sent with exact details for reference, which was never responded to. Additionally, I was promised they would send a crew back to correct my lawn issue. Its been 5 days and no one has returned to fix the lawn that theyve butchered. I requested a refund for the bed maintenance which was never done in any of their 4 trips and I have not seen that refund yet. Services: Lawn landscaping, Landscaping maintenance
