Chad helped my wife and I sell our home in Warminster, PA and we were very pleased with his work. He nailed the price point for our listing, gave great recommendations on getting the home ready for sale, and had a really good feel for the market. Our house was listed on a Friday and was under contract by the end of the weekend. Chad is a very nice guy, easy to get along with, and has a good sense of humor. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

Sometimes working with family can be difficult, especially if the circumstances are already trying for everyone. Chad did an amazing job selling our home and helping me buy a new one. Everything was laid out in it's simplest form, he set expectations, had an amazing level of patience and his expertise landed the perfect buyer for our home. Once our home was sold, he and his team assisted with buying a home in Northampton County. We have worked with Chad on several buyer/seller transactions in the past several years and each time he has exceeded our expectations. His friendly, outgoing nature combined with his professionalism, great communication skills and knowledge of the market make him an excellent realtor. Chad worked with us every step of the way when we decided to put our stone and brick farmhouse on the market this past summer. He fully understood that it was an emotional decision for us to sell the home that we had lived in for 38 years in which we raised our four children. Chad came prepared with a booklet of comps that he had put together to help guide us on pricing. Being a unique property, Chad hired an independent appraiser to be certain that we listed our home at the right price. He also hired cleaners to come in and make our home sparkle prior to the first weekend of showings. Chad created beautiful brochures highlighting the features of our home from the wonderful photos his photographer took. He also put together an informative booklet for prospective buyers regarding the specifics of our home, the Doylestown area and the Central Bucks School District. Bottom line is that Chad set us up for success to sell our home the first weekend it was listed for substantially over asking price. Then, in the following two weeks he found us a home in the nearby condo community we were interested in and successfully negotiated that purchase.
