Pat is an extraordinary realtor and one that you want on your side at all times. Her knowledge of what needs to be done, how to get it done and all of the parts that make up an exemplary very qualified experienced professional is the only way to describe what Pat provided me during this entire process of selling my home. This experience has taught me that you not only need someone who has the knowledge and awareness of what goes on while selling your home ( and buying one) but also is someone who is patient, caring and aware of what your individual needs are from the beginning to the end of the entire process. I felt that she was always by my side throughout this whole ordeal. She provides all the necessary information that you need throughout sometime hour to hour with support and understanding in order to ensure that when you have completed the transaction, both parties would be completely satisfied. I would recommend Pat anytime anywhere for selling and or buying any place that I would feel safe and secure again.

Pat Tagliolini was recommended to us by a friend. When we met Pat we instantly liked her. She was forthright, thorough and answered all of our questions and even raised issues we had not considered. She gave us good advice about moving forward. We signed up with Pat but wondered whether we had signed up because we liked her so much and if that was clouding our objective decision-making about hiring a real estate agent. Well -- she hit the ground running -- she has amazing energy --total comittment to her clients -- great ideas about preparing a house for sale and she really knows her business. She staged a beautiful open house, tending to every detail and even choosing background music to go with the feel of our house. Offers came in and a sale followed quickly and smoothly. Very supportive interactive realtor who fully attended to our needs during our first home purchase. Pat was accessible after hours through call/text/email which made the process much smoother for question-filled newcomers to the home buying market.
