As a first-time homebuyer, I had an absolutely fantastic housebuying experience with Travus. I had met him at an open house, after visiting many open houses & meeting many realtors over the course of a year. Though I passed on the property, I was so impressed by him that I asked him to represent me. He was very patient, engaged, and communicative from the beginning, and it's clear how incredibly knowledgable he is about the industry. Above all else, Travus was a true advocate. He took great care to thoroughly explain every part of the process and understand my needs, without ever being pushy. On house tours, he pointed out issues/considerations that I would never have been aware of otherwise, and gave his honest opinions & recommendations. After coming under contract on a property, he strongly recommended several inspections, one of which ended up being significant during negotiations. He was a great ally through the process, and it felt like he was just as invested in it as I was. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better first time homebuying experience than with Travus. HIGHLY recommended!
