I recently purchased a rental property through Weichert Realtors. Nadia Miserendino was my realtor and I couldnt have been more happy with the service and market expertise I received from her and her team at Weichert. Any questions or concerns I had during the process was quickly answered and remedied. There were a few times I even texted her in the late evening and got immediate responses back. Additionally, Nadia was instrumental in helping me decide on the offer price I made. It was difficult because of the extreme interest in the property. But she broke it all down for me and gave me a picture of the true market value of the property that I am happy to say that I now own. I definitely plan to use her again on my next real estate transaction!

I would recommend Nadia for anyone who looking for a realtor! She was very professional. She did a good job on helping me finding a house and helped me to understand all the process and paper work stuff. If you have questions she always has the answers. She was always there to help until you get the key to the house! She is the BEST!

I am a mortgage lender that got the privilege to work with Nadia. She was amazing in every aspect. Throughout the entire transaction she was always there for anything the clients or I needed. She was always so happy and friendly which was amazing to see. I would highly recommend working with Nadia on your next transaction. Whether you are buying or selling she is your girl!!!
