Staff member called me today saying they called me before, sent messages and emails regarding outstanding balance - BIG LIE. Never received a thing from them. She was telling me that if I dont pay over the phone right away she will report me to collection. I explained to her that I paid all before leaving the place and asked to provide me an Explanation breakdown in the email. She said she will report to collection as soon as she hangs up if i dont pay. This was so rude of her - never had any issues with the office or Dr Croll for 10 years. I always pay in full since they dont take Insurance Not coming back just because of such unprofessional staff.

As a fellow dentist, I use his book in my practice. He truly cares about dentistry and his patients.

Worst experience...my 2 1/2 year old has cavities which requires surgery. Being a first time mom and visably upset I asked what is the worst scenario and the doctor looked and me and said he could DIE!!!! No follow up with we do 10 of these a month or any stats just that answer. It was by far the scariest thing I ever heard and now no matter who I go to this is all that is in my head. Horrible simply horrible.
