        To say that we had a bad experience with Dr. Hentschel would be an understatement. Our family has been going to CHOP for multiple generations but, due to this incident, we no longer feel safe and are leaving.

        Not what it used to be! My kids have gone there over 16 years. I need a simple form for her permit and they charge for it and it takes a business week to complete! I work in the Healthcare field and we would never! It's hard to get an appointment or anyone on the phone. They seemed to have gotten too big for their own good. It's sad.
