Falsely advertising critical training information. You have to chose only two , not the three techniques advertised for the fundamentals class and will not be told until you have already spent money. Valerie Weber reserves the right to assign you to an employee to be trained if she chooses not to fly up for her scheduled classes which is exactly what was done to me less than a week before I was supposed to start training. When I did not accept spending $8000.00 , which I was only going to do because she is listed as the trainer , she dumped me as a student then canceled the February class entirely. There is also no mention of the additional $600-$800 if you chose to finance through them, again, told to me the week prior to starting. The money is non-refundable so any potential student should get in writing who exactly is training them and what exactly is included .

I had a horrible experience. It was a waste of money and I did not go back for the second visit bc of my own experience and what they did to my mothers eyebrows. I paid for lip tint, brow tattoo, and eye liner. When I saw how my moms turned out bc she went the day before me, I told them that I wanted eye liner. When I arrived, I questioned it again about eye liner and was told, it would be visible. When I left, I was disgusted and let them know. You can no longer see any lip tint or eye liner. In fact, you never could see the eye liner. I wouldnt waste my money going back and they lack in customer service. Maybe if the owner was there as requested, my experience would have been different. They only offered to have Sarah touch it up and that wouldnt work bc she was not trained in eye liner as requested.
