This is the only place I will buy my pet food from. They are so kind and helpful. Everyone here makes the atmosphere feel like a small family. The manager Keith is fantastic and caring, from him spreads the same positive helpful attitude towards his fellow employees. They host many events to help animals in the local area get adopted. The Groomer in the back is also fantastic, it is run by 2 or 3 great girls who really do care, I was hesitant about using a chain as a groomer at first however it is not run like a chain at all, it is really just a small little local groomer with an atmosphere that matches. I am posting this review because they earned it by keeping their word. I recently tried changing to a different dog food and was told by them that if my dogs didn't like it, or it didn't agree with them, that I could return it opened for a full refund. Sadly the food didn't agree with my sensitive tummy dog but they did honor their word and allow me to return it to purchase a different food. So thank you so much for this, it is really appreciated and I hope to see you soon!
