Sue and Stacy helped us tremendously with the sale of a townhome owned by our deceased mom/mother-in-law. As the executor, living out of state, there was a great deal for me to learn. Sue provided helpful guidance on the process and options. We worked through a first offer from a buyer who got "cold feet", and received good insights to assess backup offers.
