My realtor scheduled an appointment to see a home this past Sunday in Quakertown that was coming soon when we arrived it was a open house. My realtor stated the listing agent had not communicated that to her. I fell in love with the house immediately and put my best foot forward and submitted an offer right away. My realtor reached out to the listing agent, and asked if her seller could review the offer and she flat out refused. My realtor said the agent was even a bit nasty to her. I really wanted the house so I upped my offer and still nothing. Finally almost a week later my realtor says the seller accepted another offer. I am sure this was done by design and my offer was never seriously considered!!

Barbara Kueny is the best realtor I have used. I had to move to this area because of an ailing family member, and she was so professional and dedicated. She even screened some houses for us since we were out of the area and had a limited time frame to buy a home. I would recommend Barbara if you are considering buying or selling a home.
