        So impressed! Heres why. I came in for the discounted lacrosse balls, but they unfortunately just sold their last two. I was disappointed but understood. They quickly looked up the closest store and offered to order some for me. Since Im not in the area often, I just asked for the regular priced balls. I just needed one to roll out my shoulder, and instead of charging me, he gave it to me for free. Blown away. Thank you!
