        Nicks has the best rates in town ! I was stuck on the side of the road and the replace my flat tire with a spare for next to nothing.

        Nick's towing and transport was dispatched by my service plan to manually unlock my vehicle (problem with auto unlock). I asked some questions because I was concerned he might damage the car and he threatened to leave me stranded. I can understand how a hovering customer might be annoying or even a distraction. But I don't see that immediately jumping to a threat to abandon the customer makes any sense. Shoddy way to treat people.
