Even though every person that I dealt with during this service encounter was new (seems like a lot of personnel were changed), the experience was very good. Only down side was that nobody knew me, whereas before, I was familiar with most of the service staff. Hopefully the new people and my family will get acquainted quickly. It is quite comforting when a service organization knows who you are. That is one of the primary reasons that we continue to frequent FB VW for servicing all of our vehicles. The prior staff was extremely adept at maintaining our great relationship.

Don't waste your time or money. Met with Mike Shamy on possibly trading in a clean 2020 SUV for a 2021 VW SUV. Overall, nice but pushy and immediately very much "salesman" trying to oversell one trim level over the other on "the look" and mileage while brushing off my questions on features and specifics. Seemed to think we were closing the deal before I was even through looking at the vehicle. Kept saying most options would only be available on the top-top of the line even though this was a top mid trim level and the online listings for the vehicles made it seem like these features were included. (Beware of the deleted options on 2020-2022s). I asked several times to see the specs for both vehicles I was considering for a side by side comparison and he wouldn't give them and went right to numbers where I was presented with the KBB instant cash offer for my trade-in that was several thousand below KBB trade-in value and told "there's very specific selections and things they have to enter for the exact vehicle" like I was dumb. The quote also included a $300 "silent alarm they install on all vehicles" among other things. When asked about why KBB instant cash offer was used over KBB trade-in value, was again brushed off saying that vehicles like my trade in aren't even going for that much. Good thing I did my due diligence and checked their online listings for vehicles like my trade in because they had similar vehicles on their lot for more. Ran my own KBB instant cash offer after getting home and mine was still $3k more than what they offered. Listen to the reviews and go elsewhere to get your money's worth.
