        Nothing Works! We moved in 12/23,... nothing but issues! If you're thinking about buying here, DON'T!!! Stay far, far, away. Many short cuts were taken, and the longer we are here they become more obvious. We've had roof issues, siding issues, etc, etc. Today I'm not feeling well and all I wanted to do was soak in the tub, but, the mechanism that seals the tub doesn't work. Just absolutely not worth the $$$. I hope I can find a buyer.

        Great place to live. Weve built before and with Berks the level of customization was amazing. Plenty of bathrooms ranging from 2.5 - 3.5.
