AmeriServ Financial Bank

Never have I ever used an ATM that didn't have a DEPOSIT function.. This is ridiculous. Also.. Twice now my fianc has asked to have money transferred from SAVINGS and put into CHECKING to avoid being overdrawn. Only to find out he still became overdrawn which should NEVER have happened..upon a visit to the bank where he was treated with such disrespect he found out the transfer was done in reverse. Yet ANOTHER bank error. I worked in customer service for years and you NEVER degrade, belittle or speak condescending to a customer.. There is NO excuse for it!!!

Came in to the bank with face covering on granted it was not a proper mask that went over my ears but my nose mouth and every part from ears down was covered, the lady at the desk rudely told me I wasn't to be in the store without proper face coverings all the while the manager is sitting in the office door open wide with out a mask on not even on her neck no not even in sight. The lady at the desk was quite rude and getting smart with my grandmother who has two hear iij ng aids and still has a hard time hearing. Pretty disrespectful.
