Laurel Medical Solutions

So, what started out as seemingly great help turned into great disappointment. I was quoted a price TWO times & even saw the paperwork via FaceTime for $3048. When I went to pay, I was told the manufacturer supposedly misquoted for that exact item. No one would honor my quoted price. I had to pay $4200 or forget it. So I didn't get the Lift my 90 yr. old mom needed. Lesson learned is: get it in writing immediately.

Poor communication. Poor scheduling. Poor customer service. Disappointing. Update: 07.19.2023, Been waiting since early May 2023 to have a walker repaired that was only used for about 6 weeks. They are a very irresponsible company. The only one who suffers from their inadequacies is my special needs daughter.

Today I was helped immensely by a wonderful lady named Jessica. She was polite, gracious and friendly. She was able to help me with in continence supplies for the woman I care in a way no one else would. Thank you, Jessica

I've been waiting for quite some time for my lift chair before I found Laurel medical solutions They really were a solution for me Jessica was awesome she had my chair ordered right away and when I got it I was so pleased if I would have known she would make it so easy I would have went there first the guys that delivered my chair were great too although I don't remember their names great service wonderful chair I'm so happy thanks so much Laurel medical. PS just to let you know just talking to Laurel she was able to get my measurements down pat it's the first recliner that I've ever been able to sit comfortably in Yahoo
