        I went in to pay my rent. The people at Erie Bank were very kind and helpful. It's just a shame that they don't have an ATM in the lobby. You have to go outside to use the one in the drive thru. If they would get a mobile banking ap I'd switch banks.

        ErieBank ATM took my card and when I went to go get it the next morning. I was told the ATM shredded it. It wasn't stolen or anything and the ATM had the right to shred it? If this isn't your bank you normally go to, do NOT put your card in the ATM. Smh

        We are from out of town. Needed to get quarters to do laundry at the Courtyard Marriott as they somehow are out of quarters. Apparently unless I were to open an account I couldnt get quarters with my crisp $20 bill. Walked 30 seconds to Marquette savings bank and was taken care of within seconds, offered coffee and told about all the great things the area has to offer. I will be using this in a future case study when Im presenting on stage to bankers of what not to do. Do better Erie Bank.
