They gave an injection to the wrong person! Then tried to insist she get X rays because she was already there! Awful. Not to mention the HIPAA violation all around this situation. You cant even get your patients correct? And laugh when they call about what happened? Save your time, mouth, and pride and stay away from this sham.

I have never wrote a review before but I just had to, I went into today as a new patient I filled out paperwork and then they called my name and when I got sat down I saw needles and everything out and I quickly was getting shaken up I asked the lady whats going on they told me I needed 4 fillings? Pulled out an X-ray , the 1st thing I thought was when I was sat they didnt ask for my name again or my birthday to make sure they had the right person sitting down. I got a shot and the left me there for 20 mins I got up and started to ask questions they had the WRONG PERSON dont go here they arent professional at all

My father had his teeth pulled here in April in order to get a full set of dentures. It is now November and there is no news on his teeth. Perfect Smiles will not answer the phone, so he has to show up on their doorstep in order to get any answers. Their response is that they have no control over how long the lab takes. He has lost 70 pounds because he has not been able to eat real food in 8 months. Doctor is starting to get concerned. We finally went somewhere else today and my dad will have his teeth in 10 days. Perfect smiles was mad when he cancelled his order saying he didn't give them a chance. They had 8 months and couldn't finish the order!
