      image I showed up on time and there was only 1 person there to check in 5 others that were scheduled for first appointment of the day and only 1 Doctor showed up as well, this made 3 of the 4 people leave after about 1/2 hour of waiting. The very pleasant person checking us in took me beak and did at least a dozen x-rays then took me to the examining room. The Dr came in and was very nice as he did my exam and explained to me I needed some additional work that would have to be done elsewhere and the person that does referrals and scheduling was not in and would get back to me on Monday with pricing, It is now Thursday and I have not heard a word from the office except for 2-3 emails to review my visit. I can understand having a bad morning as far as attendance which is why I did not follow the others out the door, but the lack of follow up tells me that there is disorganization in the office and my care is not at the top of their list. So for that I give 2 stars 1 for the poor girl stuck with trying to manage all of the disappointed patients and 1 for the Dr that was there doing his job.
