BEWARE. You will be quoted one price and charged a whole other price. This is even after verifying the price two separate times with two separate staff members on two separate days. Then they will charge your card twice. When you call to speak to management about the issue, no one returns your call. We will not use this establishment ever again! For the price we were charged, we could have stayed at a much larger and nicer establishment.

The experience was horrible...the check in was at 3; however, we did not get into our room until 11 pm. We had dinner reservations at 7 pm and missed the scheduled time due to the lack competency, not the frontline staff, but the Management. Clearly it was apparent that they were short staff; however, instead of all hands on deck to make sure guests were taken care of, the management staff were no where to be found. To top it off, the room door lock would not work, the door did not lock. We were able to push in the door to access the room ...this was beyond rediculas...when this was mentioned to the front desk, they looked at us as if that was our problem. Mind you we had children with us... their lack concern was mind blowing. The next day, Sunday, March 19th, we spoke with, she identified herself as the assistant manager, about our experience and if the hotel would at least compensate...her approach of intimidation, lack of customer service, and don't care attitude was very disappointing. We spent our hard earned money with them, but never again. The Management definitely need training on how to deal with their guests... because we spend our money with you is why you all have a job. If you don't like working in that environment, please go find another job that satisfy you. It is so sad when we cannot relate to each other...
