Their credibility has been very LAX. Did part of the job and didn't come back to finish. I called on phone, left message, got NO callback. I went to the store and order was difficult to find. I had used them many times before. It took over 2 weeks more to get a billing.

Ollinger replaced our whole-house AC unit and did a great job. They came to assess the old system, and helped me consider repair vs. replacement, without trying to push me one way or the other. Gave me detailed quotes for both repair and replacement. Once I decided on replacement, he scheduled me very quickly. His team came at 8:30 as planned, and the last guy stayed until the system was completely up and running, about 5:30. They removed all of the old system. DId piping for the freon line thru two rooms and insulated it very well, without tearing the place up. They left everything completely clean, even outside. They were courteous, answered all my questions about how things work. And they were considerably cheaper than the other estimate I had. I have used them for years for plumbing, and now they're also my HVAC go-to guys. I highly recommend them. Service: Install AC
