This location has been reported as a scam. Google will be removing it. Expedia, Kayak and all travel sites have removed them. We are in the process of filing with better business bureaus to have them removed.

No office. No cars. We waited over an hour and no one showed. Its a scam. Credit card company fought and got our money back. Do NOT book here!!!

Scam!!! Not a real car rental company. No one shows up and no office. They changed their name from Priceless to NextCar. Stole our money. Do NOT use!!!!!

Zero stars. Avoid this rental car company at all costs. I made a reservation through Priceline over a month ago and received multiple confirmation emails from Priceline leading up to our pick up date. It was never communicated that the shuttle to the car lot is called Colonial Airport Parking. Once we figured this out and called NextCar to have a shuttle come, it said they were closed. We took an Uber to the location and was told by someone there that NextCar doesnt open until 9 AM, even though our reservation was for an 8 AM pick up. We waited around an hour and a half until 9:30 but no one ever showed up. Ended up going to the train station instead. Complete waste of time!! NextCar is horrible!!

Booked a car at PHL - shuttle never showed. No one answered the phone. No return call. Left stranded at the airport for a couple of hours before having to pay double for a same day rental from another company. Still havent heard back from my voice mails. No explanation, apology, or anything. RE: Nextcar's response: your shuttle didn't show, no on answered the phone, voicemails were no returned, and I was left stranded for hours trying to figure out what to do. I ended up having to pay almost double for a car booked on the same day. You want to apologize - give me the money back that I lost when you left me and didn't respond.
