When trying to leave, the added an additional 19 dollars and some change. I was early picking up my vehicle than the reserved time. Even after it took them awhiel to get me to my vehicle. There was no mention of there going to be additional fees when i made the reservation and i thought everything was prepaid. But nope they made me pay more to leave the parking lot. So if you are going with them you are probably gonna pay an addition 20 bucks at least and make sure you have a card on hand cause they dont have anyone there to take cash either.

Worst parking spot I have been to. It is not near the airport at all. Riddled with potholes and crumbling roads. You park your car in a literaly swamp of mud and water. Pick up is slow. You have to walk to their pick up spot through the mud. Avoid!

Cheap, within per diem for federal govt approved rate. Fast pickup and drop off.

We had a horrible recent experience with The Parking Spot. The main issue was not that the drop off shuttle was like the longest ride in my 30+ years' experience of airport parking as we picked up every passenger in two different lots until the shuttle was completely full, but rather the following situation in which my wife and I were held hostage in their lot due to technical issues with their equipment. When we arrived, the barcode scanner on the entry gate auto-attendant did not seem to be working properly to read the reservation barcode in the mobile app after many attempts (I've done this many times before at this exact lot). At one point, an SUV pulled up right up behind me and was dangerously sitting with its rear end on Gov Printz Blvd and so I felt an urgent need to get the gate open and get out of the way and so I noticed the instructions on the auto-attendant stated that a Credit Card could also be used to open the gate and so I complied. On the shuttle bus to the airport, the driver stated that there have been problems with the barcode scanner. On return from our trip 10-days later, we could not exit the lot as the barcode reader again would not read our barcode. A driver pulled up behind me and asked us to move so he could get out and said he would send someone over to assist. No one ever came over to assist. I pressed the "need assistance" button on the auto-attended and no one ever responded. I finally looked and the number for The Parking Spot and gave them a call from my mobile phone. When I finally got through to someone, the agent told me we had no reservation, then she told me it had been cancelled which was not true (I had cancelled a prior reservation) and I told her I was looking at the active reservation in the app. Then she told me that I had to use the barcode in the reservation confirmation email and not the app (never did this before). None of this was helpful. I finally asked her to open the gate and we would continue to work with her to resolve this. She refused to open the gate and I refused to move to let the next shuttle bus out. She then transferred me to another employee. This time, the employee walked me through the process of using a credit card to check out. By the time I realized what he was doing, I had paid the full "retail" rate to park here for 10-days and was overcharged by $253 more than what I had agreed to pay with my reservation. He then said to email him a copy of the receipt and he would fix the problem. I pulled over after exiting the lot and immediately sent the requested information and asked for an acknowledgement of receipt of the email so I knew the overcharge was being resolved. Nearly a day later and still have not received acknowledgement of receipt of the email. I have two upcoming reservations with The Parking Spot and, after this latest experience being held hostage, I plan to take my business elsewhere.
